Equifax and TransUnion were sued Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The court action was brought by Price Law Group on behalf of Ake Cousar. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-04769, Cousar v. Equifax Information Services LLC et al.
