Marc E. Williams and Will Horkan of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough have stepped in as defense counsel to Ingo Money, a deposit risk management analytics and underwriting company, in a pending data breach class action. The court action, filed July 8 in Georgia Northern District Court by Gibson Consumer Law Group and Siri & Glimstad, centers on a Nov. 2023 cyber attack that allegedly exposed the personally identifiable information of thousands of individuals. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Mark H. Cohen, is 1:24-cv-03023, Corona-Cantu v. Ingo Money, Inc.
