Randall J. Groendyk of Varnum has entered an appearance for Trident Asset Management in a pending lawsuit for claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The case was filed Sept. 15 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Lemberg Law on behalf of Paul Cordell. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Stephen J. Murphy III, is 2:20-cv-12525, Cordell v. Trident Asset Management.
