Apple was slapped with a patent lawsuit Tuesday in Texas Western District Court. The court case was filed by the Mort Law Firm on behalf of Continental Circuits. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:21-cv-01049, Continental Circuits LLC et al v. Apple Inc.
