Morris, Manning & Martin filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Monday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of COVID-19 testing provider Concentric Health Alliance Inc. The suit accuses Premier 1 Labs LLC of refusing to pay for $1 million worth of delivered COVID-19 tests. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-02184, Concentric Health Alliance, Inc. v. Premier 1 Labs, LLC.
