Fox Rothschild filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Thursday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court on behalf of the Community College of Philadelphia. The suit pursues claims against Koryn Rolstad Studios for allegedly failing to deliver and install an original artwork on the plaintiff's campus in Philadelphia. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-03492, Community College of Philadelphia v. Bannerworks, Inc. (D/B/A Koryn Rolstad Studios).
