General Motors has turned to attorney John P. Dunnigan of Harman Claytor Corrigan & Wellman to defend a pending breach-of-warranty lawsuit. The complaint, for claims under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, was filed July 2 in Virginia Eastern District Court by James B. Feinman & Associates on behalf of the purchaser of a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 vehicle. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Michael S. Nachmanoff, is 1:24-cv-01150, Cogle v. General Motors LLC.
