Home Depot U.S.A. and American Residential Services LLC, doing business as Florida Home Air Conditioning, were hit with a breach-of-contract lawsuit Sunday in Florida Middle District Court. The court case was filed by J. Eric Jones Law Office on behalf of Rebecca A. Coffman and Victoria L. Corneilson. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-00706, Coffman et al. v. Home Depot U.S.A. Inc. et al.
