Salesforce Inc. was sued Thursday in Texas Western District Court over alleged race-based employment discrimination. The court action was filed by McGinnis & Lochridge and DeShazo & Nesbitt on behalf of a former employee. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-00762, Cleveland v.
