Zelle LLP on Tuesday removed a business interruption insurance case against Factory Mutual Insurance Tuesday to Texas Eastern District Court. The suit, filed by Hunton Andrews Kurth on behalf of movie theater chain Cinemark Holdings, seeks coverage for business losses stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic. The case is 2:20-cv-00392, Cinemark Holdings Inc. et al v. Factory Mutual Insurance Company.
