Triple-S Management Corporation and its board of directors were hit with a shareholder lawsuit Wednesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over its proposed $900 million acquisition by GuideWell Mutual Holding Corporation. The lawsuit was brought by the Grabar Law Office on behalf of Alex Ciccotelli. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-05221, Ciccotelli v. Triple-S Management Corporation et al.
