Stoll Keenon Ogden filed a trade secret lawsuit Tuesday in Indiana Northern District Court on behalf of automotive marketing company Chroma Cars. The complaint pursues claims against Amanda Harris, a former Chroma vice president of operations, for allegedly misappropriating proprietary and confidential information in retaliation for being terminated. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-00825, Chroma Cars, LLC v. Harris.
