Bank of America and other defendants were hit with a lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Middle District Court. The suit was filed by a pro se plaintiff. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:22-cv-00113, Chapman v. T-Mobile et al.
