Austen C. Endersby of Fox Rothschild has entered an appearance for Linksys USA in a pending patent infringement lawsuit. The suit, filed Nov. 22 in Delaware District Court by the Devlin Law Firm on behalf of CDN Innovations, asserts two patents related to the detection of computer port inactivity. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, is 1:23-cv-01342, CDN Innovations, LLC v. Linksys USA, Inc.
