FCA US, the maker of Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat and Jeep automobiles, has turned to attorney Matthew R. Beatty of Beatty Navarre Strama to fend off a pending breach-of-warranty lawsuit. The suit was filed Nov. 10 in Texas Southern District Court by Kimmel Silverman PC on behalf of the purchaser of a new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicle. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Ricardo H. Hinojosa, is 7:23-cv-00400, Cavazos v. FCA US, LLC.
