QualTek Services, a turnkey provider for 5G wireless, telecommunications and the renewable energy sectors, was sued Tuesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The suit, filed by Kolman Law on behalf of Lisa Carlson, pursues sexual and equal pay discrimination and retaliation claims. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00125, Carlson v. Qualtek LLC.
