Procter & Gamble was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit Tuesday in California Central District Court. The suit was brought by Skiermont Derby LLP on behalf of Cao Group, which asserts two patents related to light technology for use in dental care. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 5:22-cv-00142, Cao Group, Inc. v. The Procter & Gamble Company et al.
