Removed To Federal Court

Lawyers at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Monday removed a lawsuit against American Zurich Insurance Co. and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by the Angell Law Firm on behalf of Ronnie Canty, Reginald Conquest Jr. and other plaintiffs. The case is 1:23-cv-01066, Canty et al v. Daniels et al.
