WelbeHealth and Stockton Pace LLC were hit with a wage-and-hour class action on Nov. 28 in California Superior Court for Stanislaus County. The lawsuit, filed by the Wilshire Law firm, accuses the defendants of failing to pay all wages, provide rest breaks and reimburse business expenses. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is CV-23-007017, Hernandez, George vs Welbe Health HC Nocal LLC.
