Kraft Heinz was named in a false advertising class action on Nov. 9 in California Superior Court for Alameda County. The suit, filed by Crosner Legal, alleges that the defendant's claim that its macaroni and cheese products contain 'no artificial flavors, preservatives or dyes' is false because the products contain citric acid. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 23CV050693, Galbreth v. Kraft Heinz Co.
