Tesla Motors was slapped with a breach-of-warranty lawsuit on April 16 in California Superior Court for Alameda County. The complaint was filed by Prestige Legal Solutions on behalf of the owner of a 2020 Tesla Model 3. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
