Tesla was slapped with an employment lawsuit on April 10 in California Superior Court for Alameda County. The court case was brought by Downtown L.A. Law Group on behalf of a plaintiff who alleges failure to accommodate his disability and failure to pay wages. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
