Jonathan G. Rector and James McGehee of Littler Mendelson have stepped in to represent commercial construction company Greater Metroplex Interiors in a pending employment discrimination lawsuit. The suit was filed July 16 in Texas Northern District Court by Crocker Russell & Associates on behalf of a mechanic who claims that he was terminated after suffering from a workplace-related injury. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman, is 4:24-cv-00662, Calderon v. Greater Metroplex Interiors, Inc.
