Lawyers at Gunster on Friday removed to Florida Middle District Court a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Evolutions Flooring and other defendants. The suit was filed by Smith, Gambrell & Russell on behalf of Cain & Bultman, which claims it has millions of dollars of Evolutions products in stock due to an abrupt termination of an over decade-long business relationship. The case is 3:22-cv-00593, Cain & Bultman, Inc. v. Evolutions Flooring, Inc. et al.
