Target was hit with a premises liability lawsuit on May 6 in California Superior Court for Yolo County. The court action was filed by Ashton & Price on behalf of Cooper Jagger Max Love, who contends he sustained injuries when he fell out of shopping cart. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is CV2024-1131, Love v. Target Corporation.
