La Tortilla Factory was hit with a wage-and-hour class action on April 29 in California Superior Court for Sonoma County. The lawsuit, brought by Bokhour Law Group and Falakassa Law, accuses the defendant of failing to pay all wages and provide rest breaks. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
