New Suit - Privacy
Google was hit with a privacy lawsuit on April 15 in California Superior Court for Santa Clara County. The suit, filed by Boies Schiller Flexner and Morgan & Morgan on behalf of dozens of plaintiffs, is part of a wave of cases accusing Google of collecting and storing users' browsing data even when users are in 'Incognito' mode visiting non-Google websites. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is O'Carroll-Craig v. Google.
