Easter Seals Southern California was hit with a wage-and-hour class action on April 19 in California Superior Court for San Diego County. The suit, brought by Sullivan & Yaeckel, arises from an alleged failure to pay all wages owed and provide required meal and rest breaks. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is Cortez v. Easter Seals Southern California, Inc.
