Sunline Energy was slapped with a wage-and-hour class action on April 10 in California Superior Court for San Diego County. The court case, brought by Blackstone Law, accuses the defendant of failing to pay all wages, provide rest breaks and reimburse business expenses. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is Tims v. Sunline Energy, Inc.
