Sacramento Behavioral Healthcare Hospital LLC and other defendants were hit with a wage-and-hour class action on Feb. 16 in California Superior Court for Sacramento County. The lawsuit, brought by Valerian Law, accuses the defendants of denying workers sick leave and failing to provide accurate written notice of the rightful amount of paid sick leave available.
