J.C. International Staffing Services and other defendants were slapped with a wage-and-hour lawsuit on April 17 in California Superior Court for Riverside County pursuant to the state's Private Attorneys General Act. The lawsuit, brought by the Law Offices of J. Kirk Donnelly, accuses the defendants of failing to pay all wages and provide rest breaks. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is Larreta v. Epe Industries U.S.A., Inc.
