Pacific Tank Lines and other defendants were hit with an employment lawsuit on April 9 in California Superior Court for Riverside County pursuant to the state's Private Attorneys General Act. The lawsuit, brought by King & Siegel and Barahmand Law Group, accuses the defendants of failing to pay all wages, provide rest breaks and reimburse business expenses, as well as committing unlawful retaliation and wrongful termination. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is Hutton v. Pacific Tank Lines, Inc.
