Live Nation Entertainment was hit with a wage-and-hour lawsuit on Sept. 5 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The court case, filed by Bibiyan Law Group, pursuant to the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), accuses the defendant of failure to provide legally compliant meal and rest periods, failure to compensate workers for off-the-clock labor and failure to provide workers with accurate itemized wage statements. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 23STCV21336, Johnson v. Insomniac Holdings.
