UPS was hit with an employment lawsuit on May 7 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County for claims under the Private Attorneys General Act. The complaint, filed by the Koul Law Firm and Majarian Law Group, accuses the defendant of failing to provide suitable and legally compliant bathrooms. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is Barnett v. United Parcel Service, Inc.
