Priority Business Services Inc. and Ardellas Inc. were hit with a wrongful termination lawsuit on April 25 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The suit was brought by Freiman Legal on behalf of an employee who was allegedly wrongfully terminated due to age- and disability-based employment discrimination. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 24STCV10460, Salazar v. Priority Business Services, Inc.
