Employee management software company Insightful.IO was hit with a privacy lawsuit on April 25 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The lawsuit was filed by Pacific Trial Attorneys on behalf of a plaintiff who contends that the defendant surreptitiously installed spyware software on her electronic device. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is Rodriguez v. Insightful.Io Inc.
