New Suit - Employment Class Action

Louis Vuitton were slapped with a wage-and-hour class action on April 22 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The court action, brought by Robinson Di Lando, accuses the defendant of failing to pay all wages and provide rest periods. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is Moreno v. Louis Vutton U.S. Manufacturing, Inc.
