New Suit - Product Liability

Johnson & Johnson, Stryker and other defendants were named in a product liability lawsuit on April 19 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The suit, brought by Shoop APLC on behalf of Youlanda Mitchell and Anthony Mitchell, alleges that Youlanda Mitchell was injured by misalignment of a DePuy Attune Knee Replacement device and Stryker Simple Bone Cement. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is Mitchell et al. v. DePuy Synthes Products Inc. et al.
