Walmart, Sam's West and McKee Foods were hit with a product liability lawsuit on April 16 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The suit was brought by the Downtown L.A. Law Group on behalf of Juanito Gomez, who allegedly broke his tooth after biting into a wooden object in a Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pie. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is Gomez v. McKee Foods Corp. et al.
