Graiwer & Kaplan and attorney Manuel Franco Graiwer were hit with an employment lawsuit on April 15 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The suit, brought by Gruzen Moussly LLP on behalf of a former Graiwer & Kaplan secretary, contends that the plaintiff was subjected to persistent and unsolicited sexual harassment by Graiwer, the plaintiff's supervisor. According to the complaint, the harassment included inappropriate comments and explicit jokes. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 24STCV09376, Caravantes v.
