The Kazerouni Law Group filed a consumer class action on April 15 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County against Simplehuman LLC, a manufacturer of kitchen, bath and beauty tools. The suit contends that the defendant charged consumers more for overnight shipping than advertised. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is Beeton v. Simplehuman
