Black Knight Patrol Inc. was hit with a wage-and-hour lawsuit on March 11 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County pursuant to the Private Attorneys General Act. The suit, filed by Lawyers for Justice, claims that the defendant fails to pay employees lawful wages, provide required meal and rest breaks and reimburse business expenses in violation of California labor regulations.
