CVS Health was hit with a negligence class action on Feb. 16 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County for allegedly distributing the wrong respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine. The suit, filed by Haffner Law, contends that CVS distributed the Arexvy vaccine to patrons instead of the Abrysvo vaccine. According to the complaint, pregnant individuals should only receive the Abrysvo vaccine as the Arexvy vaccine is untested for pregnant individuals. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 24STCV04032, Druzgalski v. Cv. Health Corporation.
