Google was hit with a consumer class action on Feb. 7 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The suit, brought by the Kazerouni Law Group and Assassi & Cruz, alleges that Google Pixel Pro 6 smartphones are prone to overheating. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 24STCV03285, Hyatt v. Google LLC.
