The Los Angeles Times and NantMedia Holdings were hit with an employment lawsuit on Feb. 6 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The lawsuit was brought by Savarese Law Firm on behalf of a former L.A. Times director of branded entertainment who contends that he faced retaliation and was ultimately terminated after rebuffing the sexual advances of an executive director of national advertising. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 24STCV03127, Celko v. The Los Angeles Times.
