The Los Angeles Unified School District was sued on Jan. 25 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County over sex abuse claims. The suit was brought by Taylor & Ring on behalf of a 'John Doe' plaintiff who was allegedly abused by a teacher at Miramonte Elementary School in the early 2000s. The case is 24STCV02045, Doe v.
