Bob Baffert Racing was slapped with a wage-and-hour class action on Jan. 10 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The lawsuit, brought by MM Law, accuses the defendant of failing to pay all wages, provide rest breaks and reimburse business expenses. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
