A2Z Logistix and Alpha Zeta Logistix were hit with a wage-and-hour lawsuit on April 26 in California Superior Court for Contra Costa County pursuant to the state’s Private Attorneys General Act. The complaint, brought by Wilshire Law Firm, accuses the defendants of failing to pay all wages, provide meal periods and furnish accurate wage statements. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 15155087, Mercure v. Alpha Zeta Logistix.
