Christopher J. Ryan of Dickinson Wright and Michael S. Poncin of Moss & Barnett have stepped in to represent Financial Recovery Services in a pending lawsuit. The case, for claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, was filed Nov. 6 in Michigan Eastern District Court on behalf of Yvonne Burnette. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Jonathan J.C. Grey, is 2:23-cv-12811, Burnette v. Financial Recovery Services, Inc.
