C. Eric Stevens and Dana Palombo of Littler Mendelson have entered appearances for Quanta Manufacturing Nashville in a pending lawsuit over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The complaint was filed Oct. 10 in Tennessee Middle District Court by the Yezbak Law Offices on behalf of a quality control agent who was wrongfully terminated after seeking accommodations for her diabetes diagnosis. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Eli J. Richardson, is 3:23-cv-01049, Bukasa v. Quanta Manufacturing Nashville LLC.
